For tasks that do not require RTO training, interval training should be used to fill the gap. Internal training can involve inductions, group training sessions or verifications of competency (VOC) – all of which can be managed or facilitated by Spire Safety. We can design custom-made training to suit any client and any situation. In addition, we offer the following industry WHS training programs:
- Manual Handling
- Fire Safety Awareness
- Silica Awareness
- Chain of Responsibility
- Hazardous Chemical Awareness
- Ladder and Work Platform Safety
- General Plant Safety
- WHS Hazard Identification and Risk Management
- Bullying and Harassment Awareness
- Mental Health Awareness
- WHS Conflict Resolution and Negotiation
If you are unsure of your organisation’s WHS requirements in relation to training, the first step is often to conduct a training gap analysis (or training needs analysis). Spire Safety can help identify gaps in staff training and competency and provide recommendations or design programs aimed at filling these gaps.
The recommendations will either consist of internal training, training by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or a combination of both.
